Lately, I have taken to googling herbs and their health benefits when I have an ailment, headache, or health complaint. For instance, I had a stomach ache last week, and tried Peppermint Tea instead of Maalox. The result was encouraging. It didn’t just make the belly ache better….it made it go away.
