Sometimes you need to eat and/or drink something simply because it is good for you. Green Tea is one of those things for me. I do not enjoy the taste of it. I guess I don't mind it much, either, though. I have, for the most part, given up coffee...and, when I drink green tea, I realize how much I miss coffee. Sigh.... Regardless, I drink a lot of it. This St. Patty's day, consider warming up yourself a mug of Green Tea. If you are like me, and it makes you miss your coffee, raise up your mug and say something like, "Top 'O the Mornin' To Ya"...and know that I will be sitting at my kitchen table doing and saying the same thing. Maybe...just maybe....it will make us lament the loss of coffee a little less.
